Work with me in a one-on-one client-centered capacity from anywhere and experience personalized nutrition, movement, and lifestyle recommendations based on in-depth discovery forms, optional lab tests, as well as other hidden opportunities, and increase Functional Wellness.
For clients interested in optimizing their results, personalized virtual fitness coaching is also available as an enhancer to any Functional Wellness 1:1 Coaching or as a stand-alone in unique scenarios via purchasing session packages. In-person instruction may be available.

All data are good data. And when we are able to correlate how you’re presenting based on conditions and symptoms to key biomarkers, we’re able to gain better clarity as to what systems are currently managing chronic stressors and together, create a more specific plan to not only reduce that stress, but potentially eliminate it.
You own your health. And that’s why I use public-facing labs that are available to anyone in the US and are intended to be an additional source of hidden opportunities. Testing is optional but encouraged and provided as home test kits. Client responsible for fees associated with any tests chosen.
